Great customer service, very friendly! Considering the difference in time zone, I receive the response within a few days which is still okay to me.

As for the products, one of em came with slight defects but they’re quick in making the necessary arrangements for it. The products is really good in quality, beyond my expectations considering its a local business in the U.S.A.!

I bought a black on black metal canvas lamp with base from the "damages" section. I didn't notice the dings or scratches mentioned but they might be there. I am still getting used to the lamp but I am very happy with it and the accessories. I have been streaming my art making and hope to get better at my videography so I can increase my reach with my art. Even if the streaming doesn't take off, this is a nice light to create under. I like that I can control the temperature as well as the brightness.

This product is so fun and reliable to use. It has made being a visual artist, musician and content creator so much easier. I can’t wait to purchase one for my art nonprofit.

Haven’t had my lamp long but absolutely love it! Its nice not having a tripod while creating videos of crocheting!

I ordered my lamp through the Scratch & Dent Sale without knowing exactly what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! I found no scratches or dents and the lamp works beautifully!!

Last year I purchased the lamp, microphone and remote controller. I used them a couple of times without incident. Life happened. Now back to using the items but this time, my microphone wasn’t charging. I thought I was doing something wrong, so I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. A replacement was sent out right away. I’m enjoying all of the products.

Wish I had a little more length with the power cord, but that’s a me problem. It works perfectly for me.

I feel like I should give it 4.5 stars for sturdiness and for paint stripping, but I suppose that is to be expected. Overall it is a super high quality lamp and the lighting works perfectly for what I need. It has been a wonderful welcome addition to my set up, especially for the lazy days when I just want to stream or record from my phone instead of my computer through actual cameras.

I use my lamp everyday for lighting as well as taking videos of my art process! I also love the mic and the blue tooth timer for my phone! Everything is fabulous! Thank you!

Canvas Lamp with Weighted Base

This has really helped make recordings so much easier. And since I got the clamp it fits so well despite me having a very small work station!

I've tried a few desk lamps over the years and they pale in comparison. Somehow they were always in my way, or would die mid piece and need a charge, were too high or two low, threw a glare etc. Somehow, the Canvas lamp matches my ebb and flow, seamlessly 'fitting in' on my work station as if it were born to be there/built with the desk.

I am glad I finally purchased it to support my daily watercolor practice.

The product looks well I haven’t really had time to work with it because of my busy schedule, but I’m looking forward to setting it up next week and getting to work with it.

My only complaint is it took way too long to get here. I understand that it was ordered during the busy time of Christmas the tail end of Christmas, but I ordered things from China and they have to go through customs and they were here faster than this was and it was shipped within the United States that needs to be addressed because this is too nice of a product to tick people off with slow shipping think about it. People will want your product because it’s well-made.
Think about other shipping possibilities UPS FedEx by now. You probably know that I am not a fan of the US post office too slow too slow.

An excellent lamp; I regret not buying it sooner. It’s very bright, with intense light. It doesn’t make any noise while operating, no matter the mode.
